In 1981 graduated from Kharkov Radio Electronics University (Ukraine) as an electromechanical engineer, then - from Central Institute of Intellectual Property (Moscow).
In 1997 and 1999 got training courses in European Patent Office in Munich (Germany).
In 1999 trained in European Patent Office in The Hague (The Netherlands).
From 1981 till 2000 worked as a patent examiner, Chief of the Ukrainian Patent Office.
In 2000 joined "Gorodissky & Partners" (Kiev).
Specialized in patents in the fields of electronics, electrical engineering, technical physics, communications, computer systems, audio and video engineering.
Speaks English.
