“Chemopharm” (Serbia) proposes to set up in Obninsk (Central Russia) an affiliated company “Chemopharm-Obninsk” for manufacturing drugs. It is expected that the new plant will start production in the first half of 2005. European Bank for Reconstruction and Development will finance the project.
