“GT-TEZ Energo”(Moscow) proposes to invest in 2004-2005 more than USD35 million in the construction of several gas turbine mini-power stations for supplying heat and electricity to the towns of Borisoglebsk and Rossosh in Voronezh region (Central Russia).
