“Ermak Coal Mining Company” (Russia) started construction of a new coal mine in Kemerovo region (West Siberia). Designed capacity of the proposed mine is 3 million tons of coal per year. Cost of the project is above USD80 million. Construction is scheduled to be completed by 2006.
