“European Bank for Reconstruction and Development” decided to grant 8 year credit of €22 million to “Hemofarm” (Serbia) for the construction of a pharmaceutical plant in Obninsk (Moscow region). The plant should be commissioned in 2005. The total cost of project is estimated at €25 million.
