“Entel” and “ESN Energo” Italian consortium won the bids announced by “UES Russia” for current management of “North-West Power Station” and supervision of the construction process of the second power block of the station, also attraction of the financing sources for this construction completion. According to the substantiation reports the investment requirements for second power block construction of MW 450 capacity is about USD 220 million.
