In 2003 the scope of services rendered via Internet web in Russia amounted to USD220 million, including USD150-200 million being the share of the trade turnover. In comparison with 2002 the scope of services via Internet increased by 25% and trade turnover – by 30%. Rapid growth of Internet users number – around 50% within 2003 – promotes business activity in Russia. At the beginning of 2004 the number of Internet users in Russia reached 14 million.
