“Strom Telecom” (Czech Republic) commissioned its own line for the production of communication facilities at the premises of “Elax” plant in Zelenograd (Moscow). The investments exceed €1 million. Within 2004 “Strom Telecom” intends to increase its sales in Russia 2-3 times, i.e. up to USD 100-150 million.
