Scientists of the “Novosibirsk Scientific-Research Institute of Biologically Active Compounds” (Siberia) created basically new formulation “neitrostream” on the basis of gene-engineering technologies for treating AID and oncology diseases. Enrolment of domestic and foreign investors for the production of “neitrostream” will be ef-fected on recommendations of a special EC commission undertaking competitions in Russia for selecting the most promising innovation projects.
