| “Rosneft” (Russia) intends to announce bids in 2006 for attracting a partner for the development of Vankor oil field. In 2006-2009 about USD 3 billion will be invested. According to Mr. Alekseev, “Rosneft” Vice-President, six companies including “ONGC” (India) announced their interest in said project participation. |
