| According to the agreement reached at the highest level between Russia and Germany, “Gasprom” (Russia) and “Wintershall AG” (a subsidiary of “BASF” concern, Germany) will jointly develop South-Russian gas field. The proposed volume of investments is about USD 1 billion. Terms and conditions of the agreement stipulate a possibility of other foreign company’s participation in the project. |
