| Implementation of said program stipulates a complete transition to digital equipment, the share of which now is about 30%. Refurbishment of the networks will provide an access to additional services of digital communication – re-addressing, conference-communication, call pending and retain, hot line, voice post, SMS dispatch and receipt from a city phone. Within this program only in 2004-2006 about USD530 million of capital investments are expected to be mastered. |
