| At the first stage “Saint-Gobain” plans to invest Euro30 Million in refurbishment of the plant production capacities of “Kavminsteklo” and become its co-owner. Due to the refurbishment plant capacity will grow three times by the end of 2005 already. Acquiring of the plant will permit “Saint-Gobain” to exert control over 10% of the Russian glass tare market. |
