| Special Economic Zones for innovation activities will be created in four regions: Zelenograd (Moscow) – for innovations in the field of microelectronics, Dubna (Moscow region) – for developments on the basis of achievements in nuclear physics, St.Petersburg – for further development information technologies and instrument building, Tomsk – for elaboration and mastering of new materials. Industrial and Production Zones will be established in Elabuga (Tatarstan) for production of motorcar components with “Hyundai”(Korea) and “General Motors”(USA) in participation, also in Lipesk – for manufacturing home appliances with participation of “Merloni” (Italy). |
