| “Tatneft” plans to build in Nizhnekamsk a complex of three plants for deep crude conversion and chemicals production within 4-5 years. The total scope of investments in construction of the complex is estimated at USD 3 billion. “Foster Wheeler” (USA) prepared the Techno-Economic project. “CNPC” (China), “GS” (Republic of Korea) and “ABB Lummus Global” (USA) decided to partake in the bids. |
