| According to information of Mr. Reiman, Minister of information technologies and communications, the size of information-communication technologies market (ICT) in 2005 in Russia exceeded USD 36 billion. The share of ICT in Russian GNP is 5%. During the last year the ICT sales increase by 40%. Hereupon, software exports in 2005 increased by 50% and amounted to USD 994 million. Minister also noted that in said segment the growth takes place mainly on account of the foreign investments. |
