| “SIBUR Holding”(Russia) plans to invest USD 770 million in the construction of new PVC production and reconstruction of ethylene production. Now the company is selecting foreign partners for supplying modern technologies of PVC production. After preliminary selection three candidates remained: ”Solvay” (Belgium), “UHDE Gmbh” (Germany) and “Occidental Chemical Corporation” (USA). Construction will start in 2008. |
