| In 2006-2008 about USD120 million will be invested in modernization of two Russian plants acquired by the company in the beginning of 2005. In particular, at “Samara Metallurgical Plant” a new production line costing USD45 million will be installed. Before that “Alcoa Russia” had already invested in said project about USD80 million (on top of USD257 million for acquisition of the plants). |
