| The total volume of investments in furnishing of the oil field by the end of 2007 will reach USD3 billion. Within one year half of said capital investments should be mastered. Oil recovery will start in 2008. For processing the oil recovered at Vankorsk oil field “Rosneft” intends to invest about USD 1 billion in the development of Achinsk refinery. The plant will produce the fuel consistent with the “Euro-3” and “Euro-4” standards. |
