| The agreement is signed between “SIBUR Holding” (Russia) and “NOVOTEK” (Russia). Designed capacity of the complex is 800 thousand tons of polyethylene and polypropylene per year. Investments in the construction of the complex first stage in 2007-2010 will amount to USD 1 billion. |
