The Memorandum signed by German Gref, Minister of Economy and Trade of Russian Federation, and Mr. Lemiere, Head of EBRD, stipulates joint implementation in 2007-2009 of USD 5 billion investments in the infrastructure of Russia. Now EBRD experts are negotiating the investments of USD 250 million in the construction of highway “West High Speed Diameter” in St.Petersburg, also they are contemplating participation in reconstruction of “Pulkovo” airport, construction of a tunnel under Neva river and elevated express line in St.Petersburg.
