| According to expert estimations the use of Western technologies will permit to extract in Tatarstan Republic annually about 6 million tons of super-viscous (bituminous) oil. They will have to develop 12 oil fields with the reserves of 7 billion tons of bituminous oil in Tatarstan and build a specialized refinery. |
