| According to the preliminary estimates made by “RBC” (Russia), in 2007 the Russian telecommunications market has recorded a 20% growth. Internet access provision and data transmission services showed the fastest growth of 58% in 2007. Domestic companies made the largest contribution into the industry development. The total investments made from January to September 2007 amounted to USD6 billion, of which the foreign investors gave 43%. |
