Dr. NATALIA RADCHENKO

Russian patent and trademark attorney

Graduated from the Moscow Bauman State Technical University, electromechanical engineer, then – from the Central Institute of intellectual property (Moscow). In 2003 became a Doctor-at-law.
Started her carrier in R & D electro-technical institute (Moscow) as an engineer.
From 1989 worked in the Russian PTO, starting as an examiner at the Department of theory and practice of intellectual property protection and in 2004 became a Vice-chairwoman of the Chamber of patent disputes. Dr.Radchenko was a member of Qualification Commission of the Russian PTO and a tutor of the WIPO World Academy Internet-based distant learning “Introduction to IP”. Natalia also was a member of the WIPO Committee of IPR protection.
Has a number of publications, particularly on trademarks, regularly gives presentations at IP conferences and seminars.
In 2005 joined “Gorodissky & Partners”. She focuses on consultancy on the Russian legislation and practice, trademark procedures in the Russian PTO, represents clients in the Chamber of patent disputes and courts, drafts legal opinions on IP issues.
