Graduated from Moscow Military Academy as a lawyer, specializing in criminal law. From 1995 till 1997 worked as lawyer for state organizations. From 1997 till 2000 worked for an American law firm of general practice and continued his education at Massachusetts law school.
In 2001 joined “Gorodissky & Partners”.
Alexander advises and assists clients on different IP issues related to a trademark prosecution in Russia and former USSR republics such as clearance searches, responses to official actions, filing oppositions and invalidation actions. He represents clients before the Chamber of Patent Disputes of the Russian PTO. Alexander participates in IP conferences and seminars as a speaker on a regular basis.
