Graduated from the Kazan State Tupolev Technical University in 2004 as a bio-mechanic engineer and a manager-economist. Got patent qualification at the Courses of the Tatarstan Republican Society of Inventors (Kazan) in 2003 and at the Advanced Training Courses of the Academy of National Economy at the Russian Government (Moscow) in 2004.
Started her carrier at the Kazan State Tupolev Technical University, then worked as an innovation projects manager at the Tatarstan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kazan), in “DEST” (St.Petersburg), in the Tatarstan Republican Society of Inventors (Kazan), in the Tatarstan Center of Scientific and Technical Information (Kazan).
In 2008 joined Gorodissky & Partners (Kazan).
Julia focuses on patenting inventions, utility models, designs and registration of trade marks, computer programs and data bases.
Speaks English.
