Graduated from the Kazan Aviation Institute (University) in 1991 as a radio engineer, then – from the Russian PTO Higher IP Courses on “IP certification and valuation” (Moscow) in 1998 and from the IP course of the Advanced Training Institute of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science (Moscow) in 2002.
In 2001-2008 Mr. Ibragimov headed the Tatarstan (Republican) Center of Scientific and Technical Information (Kazan).
In 2008 joined IP law firm Gorodissky & Partners (Kazan).
Counsels clients on IP legal protection issues, in particular, patents for geophysics inventions and utility models, patent disputes resolution, technology transfer, licensing and intellectual assets management. Albert is a certified IP valuer.
Mr. Ibragimov is a regular speaker at IP conferences and seminars, has a number of IP publications. He is an owner of a number of patents. Mr. Ibragimov is a laureate of the Tatarstan Republican State Prize in Science and Technology and a member of Tutorial Board of “Investment and Venture Foundation of Tatarstan Republic”.
