Graduated from Leningrad Mechanical Institue (St.Petersburg) in 1986 as a mechanical engineer, then - from Central Institute of Intellectual Property (Moscow) and Russian Intellectual Property Institute (Moscow).
From 1986 till 1989 worked as a mechanical engineer involved in space rocket engineering at R & D Bureau "Sojuz" (Moscow).
From 1989 till 1993 worked as an examiner in the Russian Patent Office (Moscow).
From 1994 till 2000 worked at IP firm "Lev Klimenko SPb" (St.Petersburg).
In 2000 joined "Gorodissky & Partners" (St.Petersburg) as a partner and Director of St.Petresburg office.
Mr.Stankovsky is highly experienced in patent matters in the fields of mechanics and electrophysics. He participates in hearings related to infringements of IP owners' rights.
Viktor Stankovsky is accredited at the Center of judicial examination of the Russian Ministry of Justice as a forensic expert on inventions, utility models, trademarks, service marks and appellations of origin.
