The Rospatent’s position is often inconsistent and unpredictable when registering designations representing the names of cryptocurrencies, crypto services, platforms, and exchanges as trade marks, so it is impossible to assert in advance whether Rospatent will refuse to register such a designation as a trade mark or not.
