14th annual training seminar “IP Protection Strategies for Company Successful Development”

The 14th annual training seminar “IP Protection Strategies for Company Successful Development” was held by Gorodissky & Partners in its Moscow office. Leading IP attorneys and lawyers from the Moscow office spoke on effective legal protection and management of intellectual property in Russia and abroad, shared with the attendees the most interesting and successful cases from their practices and reviewed the regulatory bylaw amendments.

The seminar program had 3 sessions — “Patents”, “Trademarks” and “Protection of IPRs: legal aspects”, 2 Workshops — “Sufficiency of invention disclosure” and “Industrial design” as well as Mock trial on IP disputes.

The seminar was well-attended by 51 lawyers, attorneys at law, patent and trademark attorneys, marketing and brand-managers, economists of industrial companies, R&D centers and other institutions from 15 Russian cities as well as from Belorussia and Uzbekistan. Some attendees participate in this Gorodissky seminar year by year. Besides that, the seminar was accompanied by a video broadcast to all 9 branch offices and gathered more on-line participants.
