Albert Ibragimov, Russian and Eurasian Patent Attorney, Director (Gorodssky & Partners, Kazan), participated in the XXI World Oil Congress — the major event of the year in the field of oil and gas industry.

CEOs of major Russian oils companies, Governors of the ‘oil’ regions, leading scientists and researches in the field were among the participants. The Congress gathered over 4000 attendees from 80 countries.
