Ilya Goryachev, Senior lawyer (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow) spoke at the Session “Development of IP rights institution from the Russian imperia till nowadays” of the Conference “Efficient Management of Intellectual Rights in Modern Market Conditions” hosted by Vedomosti newspaper and supported by LES Russia and Gorodissky & Partners in Saint Petersburg. Sergey Dorofeev, Partner, Russian & Eurasian Patent Attorney , Sergey Medvedev, PhD, LLM, Senior Lawyer, and Venera Kanukova, Head of Administrative Department (all of Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow) also participated in the Conference. Topic issues of IP rights institution development in Russia, legal aspects of IP deals, IP rights protection, commercialization of IP rights were in the focus of the program. The Conference gathered about 100 participants.
