Ekaterina Solonitsina, Senior Lawyer (Gorodissky & Partners, Ekaterinburg), spoke on “IP internal corporate conflict” at the Conference "IP protection and commercialization: balance of interests and permissible boundaries» of the 10th International Forum "Intellectual Property - XXI Century " held by International Chamber of Commerce and Rosatom in Moscow. The Conference covered the court practice of IP rights protection, civil legislation practice, ways of improving IP commercialization by state corporations and large companies and gathered over 200 participants.
