IP and Customs Seminar at the North-West Customs Department

Evgeniya Smolnikova, Senior Lawyer (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), spoke on “Practice of IP dispute resolution in relation with IPRs protection when moving the goods across the customs border of the RF” at the Seminar on protection of IPRs by the Russian customs bodies held in St.Petersburg at the North-West Customs Department. The Seminar was designed for officers of the Federal Customs Service and also for representatives of major companies – IPRs holders.
