IP Court in Moscow Starts Hearings of Cases

Viktor Stankovsky, Partner, Trademark Attorney, and Dmitry Shalikhov, Lawyer (both of Gorodissky & Partners, St. Petersburg), represented a local client at the first hearing of the IP Court in a suit against the Russian PTO which refused to register a trademark of the client. It was a preliminary hearing at which the parties stated their claims and submitted additional documents. The hearing on the merits of this trademark case will take place early in October 2013.
