IRSOT Practicum “New legal risks for companies: expectations for 2016”

Valery Narezhny, PhD, Counsel (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), spoke at the practicum “New legal risks for companies: expectation for 2016” hosted by IRSOT, Moscow, the educational institution of modern technologies. His presentation concerned pre-contractual risks and the relevant provisions of the law. He examined the problem of proving damages caused by unfair behavior of a contracting party at the stage of preparing a contract, and the balance of pre-contractual liability and liability for misrepresentation of circumstances.
The event took place at the Congress Hotel Alpha Izmailovo in Moscow, it was telecast to other Russian regions and drew the audience of over 250 attendees.
