Pan-European Intellectual Property Summit (IP Summit) in Brussels

Ilya Goryachev, Senior Lawyer (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), spoke on “ccTLDs and gTLDs in Cyrillic and domain name dispute resolution in Russia” at the Workshop “The War of Signs on Internet: Trademarks vs. Domain Names” of the 11th Pan-European IP Summit held in Brussels. Albert Ibragimov, Russian & Eurasian Patent Attorney, Regional Director, Ella Kuzenkova, Patent Agent (both of Gorodissky & Partners, Kazan), attended the Summit as well. The IP Summit aimed at discussing trademark, patent, trade secrets, copyright and design major recent evolutions, actions, issues and ongoing EU Reforms and gathered over 1370 delegates from corporate and academic circles.
