Round table "Problems of forensic examination of inventions and utility models"

Viktor Stankovsky, Partner, Russian & Eurasian Patent Attorney, Regional Director (Gorodissky & Partners, St. Petersburg), made a presentation on “The limits of establishing equivalent substitution of signs” at the round table "Problems of forensic examination of inventions and utility models", organized by the Saint Petersburg Collegiate of Patent Attorneys and the Saint-Petersburg Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Over 80 specialists from St. Petersburg, Moscow, Tomsk, Samara, Saratov and other cities of Russia took part at the round table.
