Seminar on the program "Due Diligence: objectives, methods and effective technologies” (M-Logos)

Sergey Medvedev, PhD, LLM, Senior Lawyer (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), within the Gorodissky IP School project gave presentation on "Legal audit of intellectual rights - technologies and recommendations" at the legal advanced studies seminar program "Due Diligence: objectives, methods and effective technologies" held by the Law Institute "M-Logos". The speaker outlined the main legal aspects of research and analysis of intellectual property rights in the framework of legal due diligence. The presentation was accompanied by numerous examples, including the practice of the speaker.

The lecture was attended by over 30 lawyers and consultants from various business fields, in particular IT, banking and industrial sectors.
