Vladimir Mescheryakov, Counsel, (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), took part at the Panel Discussion “Patent change initiatives through the eyes of industrial business”, organized by SIBUR Holding at the St.Petersburg International Legal Forum.

During the session the issues of pros and cons of the accelerated examination at Russian PTO, valuation and commercialization of intellectual property of industrial companies, the consequences of compulsory licensing for patent holders in Russia and others were discussed.
