The IX (XXIV) Annual Scientific-Practical Conference of Attorneys in Kazan

Vladimir Mescheriakov, Counsel, and Natalia Radchenko, Ph.D., Counsel, Trademark Attorney (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), spoke on “Technical result has become a criteria for assessment of conformity with “task solution” and “sufficiency of disclosure” requirements” and “Disputes over appellations of origin in Russia: approaches of courts” on the Annual Scientific-Practical Conference, organized by the Russian Chamber of Patent Attorneys.

Participants traditionally discussed current state of the industrial property protection system in Russia and abroad and shared their experience. At one of the round tables, Vladimir Meshcheryakov took part in the discussion of the draft methodology for judicial patent technical expertise developed to help judges and experts in reviewing issues that require special knowledge in litigation.
