VII (XXII) Annual Conference of Patent Attorneys

Vladimir Mescheryakov, Counsel (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow) gave a presentation on “Granting patent invalid in part: procedure and legal consequences” at the VII (XXII) Annual Conference held in Tsarskoe selo (Pushkin city, Leningrad region) by the Russian Chamber of Patent Attorneys. The Conference was dedicated to the IPR protection issues, covered current trends in the Russian legal proceedings and new regulations of the Russian PTO and gathered 150 patent attorneys and lawyers from Russia and CIS countries.
