Events/ Additional Office in Moscow

Gorodissky & Partners Moscow office is expanding by addition of the near-by building which is under restoration now.

This house is a historical object dated back to the end of XVIII century. It belonged to the well known Russian noble family of the Maikovs greatly contributed to the history of the Russian culture. The most outstanding representative of the family was Apollon Maikov – poet and artist.

The building is being reconstructed with due regard to its historical significance. The façade and some of the premises will be fully restored, others will be renovated into the modern office rooms and provided with all technical facilities which enable our attorneys and lawyers to fulfill clients’ instructions timely and on the high professional level.

The unicity of the construction project was in the necessity of lifting the building up to 1 meter as for over almost 250 years passed the ground flour turned to be below the ground.

The restoration works are planned to be completed by February 2010.
