Events/ Additional Office in Moscow

Gorodissky & Partners Moscow office is expanding by addition of a nearby building. Its restoration works are completed.

This house is a historical building which dates back to the end of the XVIII-th century. It belonged to a well known Russian noble family of the Maikovs who greatly contributed to the history of the Russian culture. The most outstanding representative of the family is Apollon Maikov, poet and artist (contemporary of Alexander Pushkin).

The building was reconstructed with due regard to its historical significance. The façade and some of the premises were fully restored, others were renovated into the modern offices and provided with all technical facilities which enable our attorneys and lawyers to fulfill clients’ instructions timely and on the high professional level.

The uniqueness of the construction project was that it was necessary to lift the whole building up to 1 meter as for over almost 250 years the ground flour sank  below the ground level.
