第15回国際医薬品特許用語延長フォーラム

Dmitry Klimenko, Russian & Eurasian Patent Attorney, Ph.D. (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), was speaking on "Enforcing Patents in Russia and CIS" at the 15th International Forum on Pharmaceutical Patent Term Extensions held by C5 Group in Munich, 2016.

The Forum explored a range of topical issues affecting pharmaceutical lifecycles, such as obtaining Supplementary Protection Certificates in Europe and ways to extend patent terms around the world. The Forum was attended by 40 delegates.
