Webinar «Efficient enforcement of patent and trademark rights in Russia» was held by Gorodissky & Partners on February 22, 2012. Vladimir Biriulin, Partner, Chief Lawyer, was the speaker and gave a comprehensive overview of opportunities on enforcement of IP rights given by the current Russian IP laws and the gist of the upcoming amendments thereto to foreign right holders and investors.
