Ekaterina Mosina, Patent Attorney and Ilya Goryachev, Lawyer (both from Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), attended the C5’s Conference on Pharma & Biotech Patent Litigation held in Amsterdam. The conference provided the focus for analysis of the fundamental changes affecting pharma and biotech patenting across Europe and the US and considered the impact of court decisions on litigation strategies.
