Sergey Medvedev, LLM, Lawyer (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), gave a presentation on IP law implementation in connection with amendments to part IV of Russian Civil Code. In particular, he outlined topical questions of IP transactions, at the Workshop held by Logos-M law institute. The Workshop gathered more than 40 businessmen and lawyers.

Sergey Medvedev, LLM, Lawyer (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), gave a presentation during a webinar «Practices of IP law implementation» held by M-Logos law institute, and highlighted actual practical issues of IP contracting, including such topics as contract drafting, maintaining contracts in force and state registration of contracts. The webinar gathered of about 280 patent attorneys, lawyers and businessmen.
