Albert Ibragimov, Russian and Eurasian Patent Attorney, Director (Gorodissky & Partners, Kazan), participated in the 1st Russian Investment Forum «Small innovative business of the Urals region — Rus-Inno-Busines-2012» and made reports on IP management at universities and in companies at the Seminar «Methodology and practice of development of IP strategy of universities and R & D centers in the countries of transitional economy» and at the Panel section «Peculiarities of establishing and developing small innovative business in the Urals region».

Mr. Ibragimov also had talks with Mr. Mikhail Schwanter, Director, WIPO Department on relations with European and Asian countries of transitional economy, on joint efforts on realization of IP management standards in the Russian universities.
