Alla Bogacheva, Senior Lawyer, Trademark attorney, and Sergey Medvedev, LLM, Senior Lawyer (both of Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), took part in the master-class «IP protection in the Internet» organized by Corporate Counsel Association in the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Main topics were the extents of IP use in the Internet, determining of jurisdiction and applicable law, ISP responsibility, «free» licensing, domain name litigation in Russia and abroad.
